Working with our tenant referencing supplier, we can provide rent protection as well as covering the cost of any potential eviction in order to give you peace of mind should the tenant stop paying rent.

As standard, policies include:

  • Payable until vacant possession
  • Cover limit of £2,500 rent per calendar month
  • Total claims limit of £50,000
